Subject: Comments for Proposed Regulation FD
 
Dear SEC Representative:
     
     I'm writing in support of proposed regulation FD.
 The core issue is fairness, and the heart of the
opposition's argument boils down to the maintenance of 
sanctioned 'insider trading' where the privileged few 
are given company related news that would impact their 
buy or sell decisions prior to the public being given 
that same information.
     
     FD is urgently needed because, more than ever
before, an unprecedented number of retail investors 
like myself are making our own investment decisions. 
I welcome any resonse you may have.
