Subject: proposed rule fd

Please add my name to the list of people supporting the proposed new rule.  As a
physician I am expected to provide my patients with all the available 
information about their various illnesses and treatment options, something I 
believe this rule resembles in the financial world.  Why shouldn't I have access
to the same information at the same time as everyone else?
