Subject: Combating Selective Disclosure of Information by Public Comp

SEC, please make it illegal for individual investors to be shut out from the 
process of receiving the timely info that Wall Street monopolizes today.  As 
a long-term individual investor I feel I should be rewarded for the amount 
of effort I put into researching great companies, and think it is totally 
demeaning that I cannot make investment decisions on a level playing field 
with the information monopolists on Wall Street.  I want companies to 
maximize shareholder wealth - all shareholders - without having selective 
information being giving to some shareholders but not all.  Equal access 
now.  I speak for many when I say - the time has come to make this change.
