Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I strongly support Chairman Levitt's proposal for Fair Disclosure of 
information.  I believe that every shareholder, no matter how "small", is an 
owner with a stake in the equity of their company and has the right to know 
about any decision that the company makes, or problems it is facing.  Such 
first-hand information is vital to independently evaluating ones ownership 
position.
