Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

For what one small voice is worth, I as an investor urge you to not only put 
Regulation FD into effect, but also to give it some teeth.  A regulation 
without sanctions for non-compliance is as worthless as a regulation with 
loopholes.  The investing public looks on the professional Wall Streeter in 
much the same way that the general public looks on politicians.  Need I say 
more?
