Does'nt "selective disclosure" fall on the grounds of unethical, and illegal inside information? Where one can benefit, from anothers money with inside information that the other had no knowledge, and the other either misses the opportunity to make or ends up losing his money seems extremely unethical and illegal to me! I am glad this is being looked into and can only hope that the right decision will be made for all investors to have a fair opportunity in a market that seems to be filled with sharks waiting to take advantage of the unknowing minnows in a sea. Referencing to the "Brokerage Firms" who are worried that their "Inside Information" is no longer going to be available is just another reason we as a society need to be concerned with the politics and power of a lobbyist. It's bad enough that the money an individual invests in the Stock Market, goes in Taxed, and then comes out taxed, and all your profits are eaten up by the Mafia (Uncle Sam), but we also have to worry about the Institutions, Analysts (with hidden agendas), Brokerage Firms etc... from taking our hard earned money. I can't imagine that the Government (Uncle Sam) is going to stop taking our Invested Money, but at least we can stop the Private Institutions. I am making this letter as clear and black and white as I can and hope that my opinion makes a difference for the sake of all "legitimate Investors". Thank You for listening
