Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I want to applaud Mr. Levitt for regulation FD.  I am an individual investor 
who believes that the behavior of the full service brokers is undermining 
the market and making it more difficult to do business in general.  The IPO 
laws need some serious work also.  More of the dollars a company raises 
going public should go to the company than to the few individuals on the 
inside.
