Subject: Comment on proposed regulation FD

Let the sun shine in.  Congratulations on asking companies to make public 
what they ofttimes have been telling a select few in private.  I have no 
professional affiliation.  I'm just an individual investor, and I appreciate 
the work the SEC does in making investing fair.  Permitting restricted 
conferences in unfailr. Requiring that any information passed outside the 
company be passed to all is fair.  I suspect that those privileged few will 
lobby hard to keep their priveleged status.  Don't let them have it. 
Information is for all---not just for a priveleged few.  Keep up the good 
work.
