Subject: Fair Disclosure proposal

        It's about time !
     
        Any and all information that affects shareholders, if it is to be 
disclosed to *anyone*, needs to be disclosed to *everyone* equally, and at 
the same time !  Anything less constitutes insider trading !!!!
