Subject: Proposed regulation FD

An efficient market is an open market.  Inside deals, insider information, 
insider buying and selling all reflect an impaired market place.  They also tend
to feed speculation, the enemy of a stable market place.  I'm four square behind
your proposal for fair disclosure,  It doesn't stop the flow of information; it 
just makes its distribution fairer and more complete.  In the end, that is to
