Subject: Proposed regulation fair disclosure

I strongly support all efforts by the SEC to require full disclosure of 
all information by public companies. Tearing down all barriers which 
restrict exchange of information will help create greater market 
liquidity and more accurate company valuations. As a private investor 
and company share holder I have a right to respond to all information 
which affects my investments at the same time as any other share holder 
, brokerage firm or "insider".
    I am an Orthodontist by trade and have no professional affiliation
with any financial institution.
