Subject: Proposed Regulatioin FD

I support the idea that all disclosure should be available to all public parties
and persons at the same time.  Selective advanced disclosure is a shame which 
gives privileged parties the right to take advantage of those not having such 
privilege.  I am asking that the SEC establish regulations that stop this 
practice immediately.  Let good business sense, sound investment practices, and 
fairness rule in our marketplace.
