Subject: Selective Disclosure

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of the SEC
     
Please strongly consider passing the ruling in favor of greater disclosure to 
end the Wall Street Monopoly on information.  A truly free democracy needs it's 
money to flow as freely as the information that shapes our decisions.
     
By removing this layer of privilege from the likes of Merrill, Lynch, Pierce, 
Fenner and Smith Inc. you even the playing field for me the small investor and 
reduce the cost of doing business in the Market.
