Subject: Proposed Regulaiton FD

I want to let you know that I am strongly in support of your proposal 
requiring that companies make all information to available to interested 
investors at the same time that they make it available to any other 
group.  The internet and the modern capabilities and reduced costs of 
broadcast conference calls make this far more feasible than in the past.
