My name is Ken Lingerfelt and I got burned by the selective disclosure by 
the EDS management.
 
 I support full disclosure requirements by requirements.  The EDS debacle 
was a pathetic sham.  Why should the "experts" be entitled to special 
information the rest of us don't have access to?  They are the experts and should be able 
to handily beat the little guy given the same information.  If anyone os 
going to get information ahead of time it should be the retail investor.  We need 
the help as we are not experts.
