Subject: Eliminate selective disclosure

     
 Please eliminate selective disclosure immediately. How can anyone suggest that
selective disclosure fits with any constitutional principle of equal justice ? 
The recent sorry example of Reliastar Financial (RLR) shows clearly the 
immediate and costly penalty to excluded investors. The full line brokerage 
firms are attempting to protect their own information oligopoly. Who conferred 
this position on them?  Why do we need the expensive and time consuming 
adversarial legal process to attain an obvious right ?
