SEC,
     
My name is Harold Lalos, I am an individual investor with no affiliation 
to the securities industry. I wish to register my support of the 
proposed full disclosure resolution.
The information available on the internet (where I learned of this 
proposal) and the huge drop in brokerage fees provided by online firms 
have come a long way toward making it possible for the average person to 
participate in the stock market. It is a tremendous beginning that 
deserves to be built upon not hindered.
The public deserves an equal chance to participate in the investment in 
public companies.
The analysts and firms opposing this proposal should be forced to rely 
on their efforts and expertise to justify their fees not on payoffs, 
special deals and other clandestine arrangements. These dealings are 
just another form of insider trading.
Full disclosure will be another step toward a fairer market system. I 
hope it will be implemented.
