Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear Mr. Levitt,
     
In the spirit of fairness and democracy, I strongly support the 
implementation of Proposed Regulation Fair Disclosure.
I am ashamed and saddened that the broker's lobby is against a basic right 
to the public, that of public disclosure given at the same time to all 
concerned parties. This includes the general public. The way the Securities 
Industry Association word thier press releases does not sound as blatant as 
"We want corporate information exclusively and first", but I am intelligent 
person and can see beyond the seeming "concern".
