Hooray for your attempt to level the playing field regarding selective 
disclosure. I am a small investor who uses ETrade and have felt for years 
that I'm the last to know, wondering why certain stocks would trade on high 
volume for no apparent reason. Thank you for an attempt to democratize the 
process.
     
I am a self-employed office systems consultant and trade in my spare time.
