Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

As a relatively small individual investor, I have always been frustrated by 
the feeling that I was never getting important company information until it 
was too late to act on it, whether it be buy or sell.  This, in spite of the 
fact that I have a full service account with a major brokerage.  I feel that 
I have received good advice from my broker, but I have always wanted to be 
more nimble than I have been enabled.  So whatever can occur to level the 
playing field would be most welcomed.  Press on!
