Dear Sir:
     
I am an individual investor.  As such, I avoid the guidance of the analysts 
because I consider them to be biased and influenced by conflicts of interest. 
     
     
I prefer to conduct my own company investigations.  In fact, if a company 
refuses voluntary public disclosure, I consider this a negative in my 
investigation of that company.
     
I strongly support the proposed rule prohibiting selective disclosure of 
material information.
