I am General Counsel to Del Webb Corporation (NYSE:WBB).  I support the 
extension of the effective date of Reg. FD to late December.  Our first quarter 
(FYE June 30) earnings release is scheduled for October 25 and we are putting 
together guidelines and new policies at this time.  Additional time and 
opportunity to deal with interpretive issues would be quite helpful.
