Please try and represent the individual investor-the public- who is your 
primary responsibility. Forget the money that Wall Street sends to 
Washington to get an edge;  forget the job that the securities industry may 
be holding out as  "bait." They will respect you more if you do the right 
thing for the people you work for- the American citizen- not Wall Street.
