Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Mr. Levitt:
        A level playing field would be most welcome for individual
investors.  I've been investing for two years now, and have realized that I 
have no chance at timing markets like Wall Street Analysts.  I have to 
assume the stock price has already reflected any news I get, even though I 
try very hard to keep informed.  This means at the most I can only invest 
for the long term, something I consider a significant disadvantage.
Anyway, good luck - you're going to need it.  I'm sure you already know 
these guys are going to play hardball when you try to take their main source 
of income away from them.
