Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

In the interest of fairness, I suppport full public disclosure by public 
companies.  Investment analysts should not get preferential treatment from 
companies and be provided with important timely information that is withheld 
from the public.
     
Many small investors are intelligent enough to interpret data provided by 
companies and do not need to have it manipulated by analysts before it 
reaches them.
