Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I am totally in support of the proposed regulation FD.  As an individual 
investor I and countless others are penalized seriously by the selective 
disclosure that currently is the status quo on Wall Street and as a 
citizen attempting to preserve the more positive characteristics of a 
free market system, I believe that the current selectivity undermines 
such a system.  This latter point is what in the long run undermines the 
health of the American economy and the American society.  Greed is a 
powerful element here and it has toppled larger civilizations than
ours.  Then no one gets a dime.  Implement Regulation FD!!!  Dr. Barbara
