Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I just wanted to put my full support behind the proposed regulations. 
Insider information keeps not only individual investors 'out of the loop' 
but also smaller institutional investors as well.  I fully support full 
disclosure of all information of public companies.  'Selective' conference 
calls for analysts only or selective meetings do not allow a free market to 
exist.  
     
I work in the financial services industry, and I fully support this 
regulation.
