Dear Mr. Katz:
     
This is a step towards leveling the playing field with Full service 
brokers in closed door meetings and in my opinion opens the marketplace 
to new level of trading.   I think it is time for Full Service Brokers 
to stop using the words "Inside Information" and stop bending company 
arms.  Let's turn on the light and see for ourselves.
     
This is really a prime example of the SEC in action.  A job well done.
     
     
My Vote - YES for Proposed Regulation FD.
