Good Morning,
As a independent investor, relying on information provided in various 
media, I find it amazing that this discussion has to take place in the 
first place. In an age of instant information, any hint of under the 
table or back alley dealings reflect badly for all involved. As 
governing body to the industry, I view the SEC not only as the watch dog 
to protect MY interest, but also as an visionary for the future. Keep up 
the good work, don't let special interest cloud your vision.
