Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

To whom it may concern at the SEC:
     
If you are really interested in a level playing field in the investment 
community, then
you will pass Regulation FD and also make a serious attempt to enforce 
it.  Analysts on Wall Street and their large institutional clients have 
had an unfair advantage by having access to
quarterly "whisper numbers," when the rest of us actually have to do 
some research on the company we are thinking about investing in.
