Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Folks,
     
Please count me among those that want Proposed Regulation FD added to SEC 
Regulations. As an individual investor I find it unacceptable that some 
voluntary and required disclosures of company data do not now have to be made 
fully public. After all, any company trading stock is a publicly owned 
entity. Therefore, any new information on a publicly traded company must be 
available to all interested parties at the same time and in the same manner. 
No one should have special privileges to useful and important company data on 
publically traded companies.
