Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Sirs,
     
I am interested in expressing my opinion regarding the proposed 
regulation FD.  I am a retired individual who depend partially on my 
portfolio for my expenses and I feel that the special treatment of some 
analysts by companys with privilaged information is detrimental to my 
being able to make sound decisions concerning a company's stock and 
performance.  I would appreciate your implimenting the regulation as 
soon as possible.
