Subject: SEC Changes

I have watched untruths both pro and anti cause large swings that really have 
no bearing on the true value of the stocks.
This has been on OTC stocks mostly, the one that comes to mind is CICI. 
There should be someway to have bashers and hypers brought up on charges of 
spreading misinformation that causes havoc on the general public that doesn't 
understand the impact of some mistruths posted on message boards.
