Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear Sirs:
Thank you for considering "the rest of us" on the Fair Disclosure 
initiative. My son and I are investors in the stock market and we feel the 
Fair Disclosure change really would help level the playing field. We have 
difficulty imagining any reason for continuing the status quo which only 
benefits selected brokers and their analysts.
