Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

To whom it may concern:
     
I am 100% in favor of proposed Regulation FD, which would eliminate 
selective disclosure on Wall Street (or at least curtail it a great deal). 
I am an individual investor, buying into companies with the intent of 
holding onto them for the long term.  I hope that as the internet 
transforms the information society, Wall Street will keep up and level the 
playing field.
