Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear SEC Agent:
     
I would just like to pen a short note to indicate my support for the Fair 
Disclosure Proposition.  I feel the time is long overdue that, in a country 
based on democracy, we allow our markets, and the public, to benefit from 
information and strategies that have too long been the privilege of a strong 
lobbying few.
     
I urge you to look past the concerns of a well financed lobby intended for 
the SIA and do what is right, publicly beneficial, and as worded by the SEC, 
fair.
