Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

It is ironic that the mouthpiece for a free market society does not have 
full and even disclosure in their markets.  I am a small individual 
investor attempting to invest in good business at below or at intrinsic 
value.  I deserve the same access that any other possible investor/owner 
deserves.  Please follow through with the above proposal.  U.S. 
companies should concentrate on building economic value and of servicing 
all owners regardless of the position held.   Thank you for looking out 
for the interest of all investors and not only those of the Wall Street 
elite.
