Subject: Proposed Fair Disclosure Rules

I am in agreement with the SEC on "Proposed Regulation FD" . The ability of 
companies to selectively disclose material information to some sources and 
cannot be allowed to continue. Companies should not give preference to 
certain analysts so the public has to use these selected companies to obtain 
this information/purchase stocks.
