Date: 05/08/2000 8:42 AM Proposed Regulation FD - File No. S7-31-99 Dear SEC regulators: I am an individual investor and am really in support of you measure to crackdown on the selective disclosure by companies to analyst. I am a information technology professional in addition to being an investor. Since I started investing I have been always outraged that as an investor in a public company I don't have access to the same information that the Wall Street Borkerages do this. This is grossly unfair and I strongly support your action to crackdown on this unethical, unfair and immoral practice being meted to the individual investor and a sharholder in a public company. I believe that I should the same access to information that any other investor has in a public company. This practice has to stop in this 'NEW NEW WORLD' of real time infomation. Thanks Concerned Individual Investor. Saif A Daresalamwala ===== Saif Daresalamwala Go Yahoo __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
