Subject: Public Disclosure Proposal

It is a simple matter to set up a web site at which ALL disclosures must be 
made. Commercial reporting services would monitor that site and analyze and 
disseminate the information rapidly. It is time to level the playing field. I am
sick of seeing movement in securities on for no apparent reason while the "Big 
Boys" profit ,at my expense, with their secret information.    BRADFORD F.
