Subject: proposed Regulation FD

I support the SEC's proposed Regulation FD (Fair Disclosure) as 
discussed at http://www.sec.gov/news/extra/sdiscfaq.htm
     
Public disclosure is key to ensuring the market operate freely and 
fairly.  The growing practice of disclosing material information in a 
private conference with analysts, ensures that some are able to 
profit from public information before the public.  It sounds like 
insider trading.
     
Require all issuers to use public disclosure.
