Subject: Proposed regulation FD

I would encourage you to implement strict rules on all companies when 
disclosing information which could have a substantial affect on the value of 
their stack. Selective disclosure should be forbidden. Anyone interested in 
investing should have equal access to all pertinent information. There should 
be no selected few who receive this information before the rank and file 
investor. I commend you on your sense of fair play for all.
