Subject: comments on "Proposed Regulation FD"

Dear Chairman Levitt,
    I hope you will be successful in leveling the playing field for us small
individual investors.  After all, we also are owners of the companies we invest 
in and deserve to be informed of our company's business, just as institutional 
investors and Wall Street analysts are.  Hopefully you can help us.
