Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

As an individual investor I perform all my trades based on the knowledge 
I can acquire and rely on no broker or institution to provide that to 
me.  I believe it is critical that any information made available to the 
institutions also be available to the individual investor at the same 
time thus giving the same opportunity for profit.
