Subject: proposed regulation FD

obviously this legislation is long overdue. it almost borders on criminal when 
through inside information a stock price tumbles before the news is disseminated
to the public and a person not in the know and owning the stock knows something 
is up but is helpless to do anything about it except sell on the speculation and
get burned. it happens every day and until something with teeth in it is in 
place the insider will continue to look through the window at the poor dumb 
schmucks on the outside and laugh. Please do something for the poor schmucks.
