Comment:- Hurrah for Mr. Levitt and the SEC for trying to level the playing 
field.  Just read the self-serving
comments from Dow-Jones in today's L.A.Times and the brokerage community on 
the net.  I remain, as
always, under-impressed by their candor, honesty, and sincerity.
