Subject: Comment on Proposed Regulation FD

     
Well, it's about time!  This proposed rule is the best thing I've heard about in
many years.  It's time to stop leaving the small, independent investor in the 
dark where he can be easily swindled or at least blindsided while the large 
brokers and institutional investors reap the big gains.  I expect that the 
public outcry will be deafening if this rule is not implemented.
