Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

To whom it may concern:
As an individual investor and a responsible citizen, I wish to express my 
sentiments regarding the afore mentioned regulation.   I believe it is well 
past the time to allow individuals all the benefits of  company information 
affecting the investor's decision making that have for years gone to only the 
select few.
