Subject: Proposed disclosure rule

Gentlemen:
     
    As a small invester I am very strongly in favor of the
disclosure rule as originally proposed. We need help in having 
equal information and timely information much of which is now 
available only to brockerage firms, banks and wealthy clients. 
Such selective disclosure is greatly to their advantage.
