Subject: Selective Disclosure
 
As an individual investor of gradually increasing knowledge--I'm new to 
purchasing 
individual stocks--I'm shocked to learn that something so unfair actually 
exists.  If the 
"full-service brokerages" can't compete without such an unfair advantage, they 
should either change with the times to give the investor greater value...or go 
out of 
business.
